Chevrolet has just revealed the redesigned 2022 Silverado 1500, and it’s smarter, tougher, and more luxurious than ever before. Learn more about this all-new truck before it arrives on dealership lots next year.

Super tech

For the first time ever in a pickup truck, Chevrolet is offering Super Cruise technology on the 2022 Silverado. This true hands-free driver assistance system is available in the Silverado High Country, and can be used on compatible roads in the U.S. and Canada. The system can even be used while pulling a trailer. Standard Chevy Safety Assist is also included on the new enhanced trims.

Off-road capable

Chevrolet’s first-ever Silverado ZR2 comes with everything you need to tackle the wilderness right from the factory. Features include front and rear e-lockers and Multimatic DSSV dampers, plus suspension and chassis upgrades. It’s powered by a 6.2-liter V-8, 2.7-liter Turbo that’s paired to a 10-speed automatic transmission to achieve 420 horsepower and 460 lb-ft of torque.

Comfort and luxury

The 2022 Silverado 1500 has a completely redesigned interior. A 13.4-inch-diagonal color touchscreen and new 12.3-inch-diagonal digital instrument cluster gives the cabin a roomier feel, and the center console includes more available functions. In addition to Android Auto™ and Apple CarPlay®, the new Silverado offers built-in Google Assistant with Google Maps and Google Play on the screen. The High Country also offers soft leather seating and door trim with real wood accents.

The 2022 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 will arrive at dealerships nationwide, such as Dave Kehl Chevrolet in Mechanicsburg, Ohio, in spring 2022.
